Q-1. How your process works?

Ans.
We provide a simplified, inexpensive method for anyone to obtain professional-quality image editing services. All you have to do is - (1) Upload the image; (2) Provide us the instruction; (3) Make payment through the secure site; and (4) Download the edited image.

Q-2. Do you offer free trial?

Ans.
Absolutely, we do offer a free trial. To get started, send 2/3 raw photos for a free trial through Email, Google Drive or Dropbox including instructions and we’ll get back to you with your sample images.

Q-3. What kind of file type do you accept for editing?

Ans.
We accept photos in just about every format for our professional image editing services. This includes JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD, EPS and RAW files like DNG, NEF, RW2, CR2, TIFF file format. If you have a photo in a different format than the ones listed, email us and we will advise you, if we can edit your images.

Q-4. How do I send Images for editing?

Ans.
Send us your files using Dropbox, Google Drive or email at info@fotoglitz.com. We can also provide you FTP account to upload your files for faster downloading and uploading. Rest assured about security, we create a separate account for each client with unique username and password.

Q-5. What is your turn-around time?

Ans.
Turn-around time is based on the number of photos you uploaded for per edit session. We guarantee a turnaround time of 1-24 hours for our professional photo editing services. This will vary depending on the services you require and the number of images you want to be retouched. Please contact us for details regarding pricing and a response that correlates to your particular time-sensitive needs.

Q-6. How do I receive my edited images?

Ans.
As soon as we have finished retouching your photos, we will notify you by email. Once you have reviewed the images and feel satisfied, we can send you the edited image through FTP account or Dropbox or Google Drive. If you prefer, we can also send the photos as an attachment to your email. All could be done in your required format and file size.

Q-7. Is there any review process I can ask for?

Ans.
For any bulk order, we can offer a review process. In this process, once we do our initial edit on your image(s) we will send you a gallery to review them. At this point please feel free to let us know if any images need to be reworked and we will get started with our 2nd round of editing after your confirmation. Don't worry this is at no added cost to you.

Q-8. Do you charge extra for any correction?

Ans.
Once we understand the work, there is no scope of error. In case there is some misunderstanding about your instructions, we do the corrections free of cost. Any other minor corrections are also done free of cost.

Q-9. How you set the price for your service?

Ans.
We will set the price to depend on working time and the complexities of the work. We also consider the volume of the work and regularity of our customer.

Q-10. How can I pay for your service?

Ans.
We will send you the invoice with all the details you need to pay. PayPal is preferred payment method. However, you can pay through our Canadian Bank Account.

Q-11. How do you insure my privacy of my image?

Ans.
Fotoglitz follows a stringent privacy policy. No third party will have access to your images, edited images or information. We don't claim any copyright or ownership to any photos we edit. We also guarantee that we will never publish or share your images without your explicit consent.

Q-12. What is your working hour?

Ans.
Online works have no geographical boundaries, so we set our team to work in a different session to be available 24/7 and 365 days all the year round.

Q-13. What if I'm not satisfied with your service?

Ans.
Our quality assurance team ensures that all orders meet the client requirements and specifications upon delivery. Before getting the final edited images, you can ask for a sample edit. For bulk order, you can ask for a review process and request readjustments at free of charge. If there are any simple misunderstandings of your instructions by the editing team, you should request a free revision and add more detailed instructions. You also have the option to attach an image or link to a photo which has similar elements to your own requirements. This will allow our editing team to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your requirements. If your images require different or additional editing aspects other than primary instruction, further charges may apply.
